Announcement 2

I have been promising 2 things would be announced this last week and this morning I announced a WINTER WARMER SPECIAL I'm running for the month of June which can be found here. I love taking winter photos, all rugged up with scarves and coats, even better on a windy day! I know, I know, I'm nuts.....but it's lots of fun too....shame it doesn't snow here...ok enough.

The second announcement is one that is very exciting for me. I am teaming up with Tomorrow's Memories in August and September to bring you a very special workshop..........

"I never take my camera off Auto, I haven't been shown how to shoot manually"

How many times have you said this to a friend? I know I have heard it more often than not and let's face it you are not using the full potential of your camera. If you own a DSLR and have never taken it off Auto, then this workshop is for you!

I will be holding a "Get your Camera off Auto" 5 week workshop (2 hours each lesson) at Tomorrow's Memories in Bassendean during the months of August and September. I promise to have you shooting in manual by the end of the course and confident that you can capture that perfect shot! The classes include hands on tuition and "walkabout" session with friendly critique in the last week.

Details of dates, times etc will be finalised shortly but in the mean time expressions of interest are being taken by Tomorrow's Memories on 9279 2183 or info@tomorrowsmemories.com.au Class size is limited so it will be first in best dressed. Or you can email me.

And because I can't post without a photo....

More Play!

We went to some freinds' place last night for a BBQ and lots of water play. We had the best time with all the cool pool toys and water canons they had. Here are some photos from the pool play where I think the adults had more fun than the kids. Thanks guys for a great night!!!!!!!

The February kit for Paper Pesto is winging it's way to me and I have been assured by Kate that it is the best one yet! I can't wait now to see it and start creating. These girls manage to put together amazing kits with quality product every month.

If you are interested in my Acrylic Frame-a-Page display frames then make sure you visit Tomorrow's Memories this month as they have them as their monthly special for just $15.95 - GREAT VALUE if you ask me.

OK that's it for this Sunday - I'm off to catch up on some housework. Yuk!
