I Heart Faces : Photo Challenge Week 12 : Focusing on Angles

This weeks challenge at i heart faces is "Focusing on Angles". When photographing children I like them to be themselves and one of my little tricks is to take along some blowing bubbles for the kids to play with. Whilst they are pre-occupied with just being a kid and having fun, I like to shoot from above and capture just a little of their faces. This adds to the perspective of them having fun and also eliminates any busy backgrounds, usually leaving me just grass. The focus is then on the child.

There are some wonderful interpretations over at the i heart faces site, so head over there and check some out. Better still grab your camera and try some out for yourself, you never know what you might discover!

Bubbles really do seem to bring out the best in each and every one of us... or, maybe that's just me! I love the softness and the tone of this shot! Great work!
